Will Stopping Inderal-LA 120mg Lead To Heart Problems?
I am taking Inderal LA 120 for many years for migranes and tremors will I have any problems with my heart if I stop taking this medicine I have been taking Inderal 120 LA for many years for migranes and then I started tremors which helped me as well. My age is 74 and I cannot afford the high cost of this med. I have tried the generic and it was not good for me so the Doctor switched me back. If I stop this med will it affect my heart

You are right, we generally advise not to stop beta blockers suddenly. You should stop it by gradually decreasing the dose to stop it in a few weeks.
If you stop it gradually there is no risk it would cause any heart problems.
