Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Progynova is an estrogen. It is useful to enhance the endometrium in hormone replacement therapy when there is irregular ovulatory phase. It is often used in the post menopausal state to prevent osteoporosis. Its use in PCOD is not very much as there is mostly a deficiency of progesterone here. Also, it is not used when pregnancy is contemplated. Now, you have to stop the medication and see if you get a period in a week. Else, you have to get further help from your consultant. Hope this helps.
