dr m 22yrs old ,and m unmarried,,i had aborted 5weeks baby, i did it by using suction method, will it affect my future pregnancy and can any boby come to know about my abortion. plz help ?

There will not be any effect in future pregnancy.
No body will come to know about your abortion as by this time every thing in your genital tract will be fine
