Will Sudden Bleeding In Nose Cause Due To Any External Cause?

My 9 yo daughter swallowed a piece of tortilla chip tonight that wasn't properly chewed. This has happened several times before, but tonight the pain was so severe in her neck, head and ears she was screaming. It lasted longer than in the past. Shortly after supper, she got a nosebleed. It's been about 30 minutes and seems to have mostly stopped. Is there a connection, and do I need to take her in? She says her ear hurts a little, but she feels better.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, the history given here that is swallowed some kind of piece, and bleeding per nose, but this is not correlate with each others, if the baby has cold, and cough then this could cause such symptoms, and nothing to worry about this, this will come around on its own, if the symptoms persistence then the baby need to be examined clinically, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
