Will Sulfur Ointment And Soap Effectively Treat Scabies?

Will a 10% sulfur ointment and/ or soap effectively treat scabies. If so recommended usage. Permethrin is not working out so well. Used it twice so far. Ive been dealing with this for about 5 months. Took dr. awhile to figure out, still not positive if it is scabies. Thanks for any help. YYYY@YYYY
