Will Taking Azithral Help Cure Swelling Of Lymph Nodes?

hello doctor .Three weeks before I had vaginal sex with a female hooker ,I used a condom but the condom broke during the middle of action after 15 to 30 secs of time ,the lady said my condom is broken and I suddenly took out with no ejaculation. After two weeks of time i went to a doctor and he prescribed me to take hiv test my result came negative . after two days from the day of test i got cold and my lymph nodes were bit swollen.Again went back to the doctor and he prescribed me azithral 500. Kindly let me know about your view regarding this

Sir first let me assure you that the cold and swelling lymph nodes has nothing to do with your intercourse with the lady.
The most probable cause for the cold and swelling lymph nodes is respiratory infection. If I were your treating doctor, I would prescribe the same as your doctor did. The drug you were prescribed is a very effective respiratory antibiotic which cure the infection.
