Will Taking Deriphylin And Natural Husk Cause Irritation Of Colon?

I am 66 years old,height 5"7' & weigh 57 kgs,diagnosed with dvt(on asprin 75mg daily),LBP,Bronchial emphysema(having Deriphylin 450mg daily) & Diverticular(having natural husk occassionaly),having problems in defacating with gas formation,would like to know if Combiflam tabs will irritate the colon,please advise.

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since you have multiple problems as you have mentioned like DVT on Aspirin, Bronchial Emphysema on Deriphylin and Diverticular disease on natural husk, all these diseases and medications can cause multiple problems.
Combiflam can surely cause Gastrointestinal upset of any sort but mainly the gastritis.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a proper clinical re-evaluation regularly to get the proper conditions your diseases are, get proper adjustment of medications so that nothing wrong can happen or can have the least possible side effects.
