Will Taking Domstal And Calpol Help Cure Vomiting?

My 2.5 year old daughter started vomiting on Tuesday evening, she vomited 4-5 times, she also had fever (around 102 f). We gave her domstal and calpol initially. Since vomiting continued through the night, we gave her Ondem on Wed morning. That stopped her vomiting. The doc advised her augmentin and calpol for fever. She slept well on wed night. Thursday evening, she has got loose motions. Should we continue with the augmentin? any thing we can give for her loose motions?
