Will Taking Letegg During Pregnancy Affect Fetus?
Hi Doc,
Am 7 weeks and 6 days pregnant but i had taken letegg (infertility treatment) tablet in my 5th week of pregnancy unknowingly..
Will that affect my baby and i have no great symptoms as of now? doctor here will scan only at 12 th week..what do i do?

I understand your concern.
Letegg.( Leterozole ). has shown adverse reactions on fetuses in animal study,so though human data is not yet available.. the drug is contraindicated in pregnancy.
You have taken it only for few days, so you should consult your treating doctor.. for advise ... Whoi may plan to conrtinue pregnancy while keeping a close watch on fetal development & normality through out pregnancy.
