Will Taking Montair Be Safe And Effective For Cold And Cough?

My 5 year son has been suffering continuous cold and cough from last 3 months. He had been prescribed antibiotics and syrups by 2 different general physicians. Finally I took him to a paediatrician who said he is suffering from allergic cold due to the cold winter and has prescribed him Montair 4 one a day for 1 month. All other syrups still do not stop his cold and cough. Can I give him relent syrup as a last resort? He is slightly anaemic and the doctor has prescibed him an iron tonic.I also gave him a worm dose Zeebee 2 days ago in case the cough was due to worms problem. Please help I am really worried.

Hi,
Motelukast is very good respiratory tract antihistamine and safe.
You can hive for long time in allergic bronchitis.
Avoid possible allergens likely to cause allergy.
Ok and take care.
