Will Taking Propantazol Help Relive Gastric Problems?

my husband was diagnosed with gastritis, esophagitis, duodenitis, hiatel hernia and diverticulosis, he has had 2 cat scans, x-rays, endoscopy and colonoscopy and an ultrasound, he has been give propantazol (i think thats the name.) but he still has dull ache in upper left abdomen/rib area. could this diagnosis be causing the dull ache?

Propatazole drugs can use for gastric problem.. .
Proton pump inhibitor drugs helpful in gastritis problem...
After taking this drugs still symptoms are present than consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
