hi i m female my age is 32 and my height is 5.5 and my weight is 85kg i hv three kids i m vry worried about it. im housewife.i cant do walk becoz i m fully house wife.we live in join family system ican do exercise bt only for 15 mins i want to use arq-e- mehzal would it help me to loose my weight?

I will only advice that you use drugs should exercise, diet and lifestyle modifications fail to help you loss weight. Drugs are never the best way to go and never the first measures to try. Consider the weight issue as a major health problem and tel me if you would not go to the hospital for consultation even when sick? or would you be too busy to take your prescribed medications? Your health is of prime importance and you should allocate the time and resources required to maintain and improve your health.
