Will Taking Disprin And Zantac Together Affect Stomach When Having Gastritis?
I have been diagnosed with dyspepsia or gastritis after a gastrostomy. No ulcer but an inflamed stomach lining. I have a bad headache (a little nausea) usually with these headaches, panadeine alone doesnt help usually have to take disprin as well for certain headaches. Will the disprin affect my stomach if I take a zantac with it and have some food?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be dyspepsia and it must be associates with hyperacidity if these are the symptoms of headache nausea then infection is likely I would suggest Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 20 mg once in day, try to avoid spicy food, heavy meal prior to bed hope this information helps.
