Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

The glucon D taken before 8 hours of test doesn't interfere with the sugar levels. The higher levels could be because of diabetes or pre diabetes. If they are slightly higher, then she can try out diet and exercise. If the levels are much higher persistently, then she need to consult local diabetologist and follow the management given the doctor.

Hope this guides you. For any other queries you can write to me. I will be happy to help you. Thank you.
