Will Taking Macalvit, Vitamin D3, Cital Syrup And Calcirol Tablets Together Cause Digestive Problems?

My mom is 56 yrs old .She had a vocal chord nodule surgery done. She has been prescribed Macalvit 500 with vitaimin d3 , cital syrup ,calcirol sachets once in a week. These are all for different reasons as she had done a complete body check-up. My question here is that taking all these medicines together is it gonna increase Gastro problem.

Hi,

Macalvit can cause irritation in the stomach, if it is taken in empty stomach. Calcirol sachet is to be taken with milk or a glass of water. My advice is, instead of Macalvit Plus take plain Macalvit.
