Will Taking Pepto Help Treat Diarrhea?

Hi...I have been experiencing diarrhea since early this morning. It has been all day. I feel tired and light headed also. I have no appetite. Everything that I ate yesterday, my family ate also, but I am the ony one sick. I am also having tingling in my head and chills. I was about to go and get some pepto. Do you think thats enough?

no i think thats not enough. You should keep taking ORS for rehydration because light headedness is caused by dehydration also take paracetamol( acetaminophen) 500mg 2 stat for chills.
