Will Taking Roxithromycin Reduce Sperm Count?

Hello, iam 38 yr old married man. we are trying for our first baby for last 7 yrs. along with medication we are trying each month positively. but for me since iam travelling more i use to take different kind of water. so getting troat infection regularly. iam taking roxithromycin as antibotic. will this medicine reduce sperm count, and what will happen if i try for baby when iam taking this medicine. will this affect any way to baby if it comes?.
