Will Test For Gonorrhea And STD Be Accurate If There Is Only An Hour Between Urination?

A doctor took a urine sample from me to test for gonorrhea and other std's, he said it is important that I did not urinate for 2 hours. I'm almost certain I did not.. but I just woke up and was fairly tired and don't remember because I didn't know that it would matter. Would the test's be fairly accurate If It was only 1 hour between urination instead of 2?
