Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Black spots on lower lips may be normal. Don't worry, it may be due to dryness, hormonal influence or drug toxicity in mother milk.

Treatment is not required. The initial milk baby gets is more watery and lower in fat, it will help to return his lips to the normal color! until that, don't wipe the lips and don't apply any topicals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
