Will The Defects In Fetus Ever Be Corrected By Themselves?

i had a nuchal scan today im 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant ,and got told the fetus has reduced liqour volume,abnormal lower limbs,the tibula and fibula were not identified bilaterally ,the left hand is in an abnormal position and there is possible curvitare of the spine ,will these ever correct themselfs

The abnormality in the lower limbs of the fetus cannot be corrected on their own. The treatment can only be done after the baby is born.
