Will The Foot Tendon Surgery Help In Relieving Pain?

Dear sir

at the time of accident my left leg bone is facture and doctor done a surgery with nail.after one year the nail will be removed and my i faced with food drop.at the time doctor says the nurve is compressed on the time of operation sloly it will be clear up.after 3 years its not relief and i met to doctor .he says to replace the foot tendon is it possible to doit the foot tendon surgery and my foot will be in normal after this surgery pls advice me
