Will The Position Of The Baby Be Normal At Delivery When In Breech During The 35th Week?

Hello. My sister is 26 yrs old and she is pregnant now its 35 weeks and two days .So she went for scanning and the doctor said that the position of the baby is in breech and the doctor pressed her stomach and the doctor said that her fluid is not enough , so the doctor gave her a powder called gyargin . And doctor said the delivery might be difficult so there is a chance of operation .The doctor told to come on November 2. Now my sister is worried .So is there any problem ? Will the position of the baby will be normal?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

At 35 weeks the baby may not turn to the normal position, this would normally occur earlier in pregnancy.

At this stage when the baby is almost fully grown, there is normally little room for him/her to move and switch position.

This is the reason that a c section may be needed. The majority of c sections are not associated with complications.

I hope this helps
