While making diagnosis, we consider past history, but if we see that past diagnosis is not accurate, then we try to ignore it. In your case, i would consider to personality assessment. That would help to make proper diagnosis. May be you have borderline personality disorder. In that case, all your previous diagnosis could be hidden. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
