I underwent electrocautery to remove my facial warts three weeks ago. The scabs are gone now but red spots remain. My doctor recommended me to apply skin lotion with glutathione and grape seed extract, tretinoin cream, and skin lightening cream. Will I continue using these? When will the red spots disappear? Please advise me what care should I do so that my face will be smooth and clear and free from blemishes. Thank you.
