Will The Results MRI Be Affected By The Cortisone Injections?

I had a cortisone shot for my shoulder. The doc ordered X-ray but I think an MRI would show more of any soft tissue damage. I suspect rotator cuff problems since this shoulder has given me problems for many years. Will results of the MRI be affected because of the cortisone injection?

Cortisone does not interfere with the MRI scan.
