Will Traveling By Air Cause Retinal Bleeding To Increase?

Hi I had a retinal bleed a couple of months ago. I cannot see out of the eye and am waiting for the eye doctor to decide whether an vitrectomy is necessary. I have been invited to a function in Amsterdam next week but wonder if flying will further damage my eye. What is your view

Bleeding in to vetrius definitely need vetriactomy. Modern plan are pressurized chamber so nothing should happen in flying.
