Will Two Developing Follicles Result In Twins?

Hi, I am on day 15 of my frist cycle using Letrozole. On day 11 I had a Hysterosalpingosonogram done. My tubes are not blocked and the tech said she saw two developing follicles, one on each side. My husband and I have tried everyday this week, except for yesterday (Friday). What are the chances that we will have conceived and if so could we be expecting twins?

u should try alternate days...and do d husband semen count...next time...if u don't conceive. ..if ur follicles would have grown..n ruptured...n relationship after rupture. ..u will concieve
