Will Using Progestrone Gel Cause Itchy Rashes On The Chest?

Hi, I am 13 days post medicated IUI and I the only sign of anything different is a itchy prickly rash on my chest. Have you come across this and in your opinion could it be a side effect of the progestrone gel I have been using twice daily?
