Will Using Small Water Enema Harm Baby During Pregnancy?

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from really bad constipation. I just did something really stupid and used a small water enema and i read tht using an enema should be avoided during your first trimester. I m really worry i did something to my baby
