Will We Be Able To Control The Anxiety After Hysterectomy Surgery?

Hi, I am scheduled for a complete hysterectomy on the 25th because of endomet. I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for 20 or more years. Will we still be able to control the anxiety after surgery? I am very scared it will get worse. We will use a patch or the cream hormone afterwards. thank you very much!!

HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

There is nothing to worry about that. Just take you medicine regularly after surgery, that would help you to control the anxiety symptoms. If you have not been taking any medication, then consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment. You can also do relaxation exercise to keep yourself calm.

Thanks
