General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Occasional mild brown spotting after passing urine may be safely neglected. It could be because of a minor trauma or because of the IUCD inside.

Just get a urine routine examination done.

Drink plenty of fluids.

I do not see a reason for you to worry now.

Take care.
