With A History Of Grout, What Causes Pain In Shoulder Joint And Knee Joint?
My father is feeling poorly with flu like symptoms. He has a history of gout. He's complaining of some pain in his left shoulder joint ant left knee joint. As a paramedic I performed a stroke test and it was negative. He's says his urine is the color of dark iced tea.

I really appreciate your concern for your father, this could be geriatric problem beside the Gout the chances of arthritic changes is very likely, and this could be managed with NSIAD drugs but before starting this he has to go for clinical examination, the urine color can be changed with drinking plenty of water, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you have nice day.
