With Substantial Weight Loss And Controlled Sugar Help In Treating Eretcile Dysfunction?

I am overweight and diabetic. I am a month or so out from having vertical sleeve gastrectomy. I have e.d., I can get an erection, but can't keep it. My question is, with substantial weight loss (100+lbs, and getting my sugar controlled, is it likely that my e.d. will go away?

uncontrolled diabetes leads to erectile dysfunction so controlling daibetes definately improve your problem..with reducing weight and doing regular exercise and healthy diet
