Worried After Protected Oral, Vaginal And Anal Sex With Suspected Damaged Condom

Hi, I had protected oral, vaginal and anal sex with an escort a couple of days ago. Im worried that the condom may have been damaged. We used lube, and change condoms half way through. I masturbated with the condom on before anal sex and am worried that I may have damaged the condom. After anal sex I pulled out after ejaculating and thought the condom had broken when I took it off, as I thought my semen was on the outside of the condom but not sure if this was just the lube that we used. I couldn't see any visible damage. There was semen in the condom still. I asked the escort and she said it was okay. I will get tested in a months time, but im just worried and dont know what to think or do. Please could you help. Thanks.

Hello, from the history you have given, you haven't mentioned about her menustral history, wheather she has regular cycles and what was the date of her last menustrual period. The failure rate of barrier methods as contraceptives is higher when compared to other modes of contraception. If you had sexual intercourse within 72 hours than you can use emergency contraceptive pills for better protection. If it has already exceeded 72 hours, than you need to wait till her expected menustral date for her periods to arrive, in case it is getting delayed, then she may have to do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Hope i was helpful to you.
