Would Crutches Help In Relieving Pain In The Hip Muscles While Walking And Performing Daily Activities?

I have torn the muscle in my front hip and I can’t hardly walk it hurts to. It hurts to put wait on it. I was diagnosed with it about two month ago and I torn muscle in lower back hip. But the front is a lot worse. Would it be better to use crutches

Hello,

Yes, using the crutches are good and will avoid the excessive pressure applied to the torn muscle. Since muscle needs to heal it's always good to allow the less weight transfer to the torn muscles.
