Would Fatty Liver Cause This Abnormal Urinalysis Result?

I have had an elevated AST and ALT liver enzyme for the past several months although it is dropping. I have taken antidepressants for over 10 years and know that they might be causing the elevations. Now I have been told I have some bilirubin in my urine - could this mean the medications are causing liver damage? Would fatty liver cause this abnormal urinalysis result? I am scheduled for an abdominal ultrasound - How concerned should I be?

Dear friend .. greetings from HCM.. i have read your query , based on this information there could be some intra hepatic obstruction with steato hepatitis .. any way you need to go for complete hepatobiliary function test again in detail with urine examination .. especially for urobilinogen .. please do meet us with the report soon .... take care ...
