Would Smoking Methamphetamine During The First Two Trimesters Affect The Fetus?

Working with adoption agency...what are the risks of a birthmother who used meth 1-2 /wk during first two trimesters of her pregnancy. What are risks to the fetus and long term effects for a child. Birth mother is also borderline personality disorder? In combination with the drug use what are the long term effects to a child? Thank you

Brain abnormalities,Bleeding inside the skull,Abnormally small head,Neural tube defects,Porencephaly,Ventricular spetal defect,Rapid heart rate, Clinodactyly,Limb deformity,Hydronephrosis,Ambiguous genitalia, Genitourinary malformations,Oral clefts,Eye abnormalities,Retarded fetal growth are some of the major teratogenic side effects in the foetus of mom who use methamphetamine in pregnancy.one of the parent has borderline personality disorder the chances of the child getting the same are 20%only.better you check the physical health of the baby and take advise of a paeditrician if possible after showing the baby to the dr.
