Would Sore Nipples And Tiredness Indicate A Pregnancy?

I renctly had the implant removed as i had it in for a few months but all it did was continue to make me bleed. I had it removed on 23rd may whilst i was experiencing a bleed and continued to bleed until 2nd june after having it removed. Since having it out me and my partner have had sex. Recently my nipples have become very sore, i feel a lot sick through the day and i do feel very tired. As i am not sure when my period is actually due because of my irregular bleeding from the implant im not sure whether these are signs for pregnacy and if they are when i can test to find out. Please help me

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1.First of all do not panic.

2.As there is history of unprotected sex act, there is always a chance of pregnancy.

As there was irregular bleeding, I will suggest you to investigate for pregnancy at least 20 days after your day of sex act.

3.I will suggest getting morning’s first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG can be done to confirm or rule out pregnancy.

4. Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under expert medical supervision.

5. in case pregnancy test is negative, your symptoms can be related to PMS- premenstrual syndrome.
I will suggest use of Vitamin E, B LONG F, PRIMOSA each one daily for 3 months.
