Would Squeezing A Pimple On The Penis Leave A Scar?

I squeezed a pimple on the shaft of my penis a week ago and that only seemed to inflame it and make it worse. I began to treat the site with antibiotic ointment and covering it with a band-aid a few days ago. It seemed to help but there is still a pink spot, could this be a scar?
