Would Taking Protos Cause Side Effects ?

I take four citracal calcium a day to in morning and two afternoon with muscle and cell replenishment which I a magnesium taurine complex as I have osteoporosis in evening I take protos2g
I heard this could all have side effects need your advise

Here are some of the side effects of Protos.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, confusion and skin irritation, excessive tiredness and fatigue.

I must add here that these side effects arise in some people and need not arise in all
