Would Taking Suboxone And Xanax During Pregnancy Affect The Child?

I am 31 wks pregnant and i have been taking suboxone and xanax and i have no perscription for either, i have kept this from my ob/gyn out of fear. I need to tell her before i give birth so i can get some help. What do u think she will do to help me?
