Would There Be Visibility Of Scar In X Ray After Recovery From TB?

Hi,
I have undergo 6 months treatment of latent TB, after 6 month i have done my chest x-ray and the result was minimal regression of the previously noted densities in the right upper lobe. I would like to ask if there will be a scar if i do another chest x-ray 3 months after the last chest x-ray?

Welcome to Health care magic.

Yes there will be trace of the old treated tuberculosis even after decades. As a scar tissue in near future and later stages in will be seen as fibrosis and later granulomas are seen.

Yes your x-ray after 3 months will shows the trace of the treated infection.
