I am eating plain pan parag ( Pan Bahar pouche ) for some last 6 months. I underwent angioplasty 7 years before. Is it so harmful for me to take pan parag plain daily 1 or two sachets and will eating pan parag brings down haemoglobin counts in the blood. Pl advise
