Would You Consider Swelling, Bump Formation, Headache And Dizziness After A Head Injury A Sign Of Something Serious?

earlier today I fell while back peddling into my head on concrete it wasn't many symptoms of concussion just dizziness when I first got up after a couple of minutes to have this figured out I had a huge bump and a headache wich is currently gone when I got home I down and it became soft and the swelling reduced should I still be worried or is it okay now nvm om only 13 and thought this was a free service
