Wrist Pain, Finger Pain, Sero Negative Arthritis. RA Factor, ANA, CBP Normal. Treatment?

Hello sir. I am 29 years female. i have 2 sons with 7 yrs and 1 yr. From last 1 yr I am getting pains in my wrist and finger joints too. I consulted a rheumatologist and did the checkups like RA factor, ANA,CBP,ESR. All are normal. As per doctor this is sero negative arthritis . Is is curable. How much time it takes. WHat I need to do get away from this.

though pain in wrist and hand , thinking for arthritis is correct. Sero negative arthritis responds well to treatment. But Pl also get checked for bilateral carpel tunnel syndrome
