Wrist Pain, Swelling, Shoulder Pain. Need Help

I woked up in the middle of the night with hands a wrist Severed Pain. I can move them they are swollen and it all started a month ago. With same kind of pain on my right shoulder , then to the next. Went to chatopractor said I might have a pinched nerve on my neck . But went my reg doctor and think s I have RA. I need help now I m in to much pain I can t bare. Thank you.

from what you describe it could be RA.
you need to run a few tests for RA and for the pain at present you need to be taking NSAIDs which should releive the pain and later may be start proper drugs for arthritis.
