X Ray Findings Of Lungs Reported Right Sulcus As Blunted. What Does That Mean?
hi,am lanie..i had my xray last sept 2011 and their findings is right sulcus is blunted..i had xray again after a month and findings is right sulcus remain blunted..but i had check up twice in a pulmonologist..that doctor gave me a pulmo clearance that am fit to work..when i started to work d company still want me to have xray again..
Hi, If a pulmonologist has given you clearance that means that there is no active disease. The blunting could be a simple pleaural thickening due to some old healed infection of the pleura. If there is suspicion of pleural effusion , then a USG of the thorax may help pick up the effusion. Regards Dr. Mishra
