X-ray For Lumbosacral Spine Problem Done. What To Expect?

thank you. I have just had xrays for lumbo-sacral spine problem (acute) and wondering what to expect. I think the problem was caused by a fall while carrying my 18 month old grand-child (in the ocean fully clothed and holding him by both hands), which didn't seem as though I had hurt myself, and then carrying 5 year old up 30 odd steps to my house. Still feel as though I can't get a full breath. Off work for 2 days and feeling guilty! Can't remember what the Dr said he thought it was - ruptured disk or fractured disk? Would appreciate your thoughts so I am a little more informed when Dr rings with results of xray.

Hello. If your doctor has requested lumbosacral X-ray is because
suspected injury of spine (bone). After a fall, the most common injury is spine injury. If there is spine fracture and press the disc, the most sensitive test for diagnosis disc injury is NMR
It is important to say you that although there is no affection of the spine or disc you can have pain for more than a month.
I wish you good health.
