X-ray Has Identified Spurring And Periarticular Sclerosis Involving Each SI

X-ray has identified spurring and periarticular sclerosis involving each SI joint. Dense aortiliac calcifications are noted. What in the world does all that mean? I'm a 78 year old female who cannot sit down on my right side butt for more than a few minutes...it begins to get too painful shortly. I also cannot lie on my side (either side) for more than a while without it being so painful I have to turn over to the other side.
