hi, just wondering what this means on an xray? there are mild increases lung markings at the right base which are minimal and diffuse characterised by bronchial wall thickening and some patchy peri-bronchial infiltraes. however if there was previous lung consolidation here it is mostly resolved. no effusion , left lung clear. cardiac silhouette normal. no bulky focal lung or hilar lesion is seen.
